VERONICA VILLA
Vero is a strategy rock star with over ten years of experience working on industry-leading brands. She has a proven track record of delivering business-driving strategies, building unforgettable brand positioning campaigns and imaginative digital and content strategy platforms. Her entrepreneurial spirit and know-how are evident in everything she touches, whether it’s championing creative that impacts culture, or providing leadership on challenging global and national brands – ranging from CPG to fashion to beauty and telecom.

LUIS GONZALEZ
Luis is an industrial designer turned graphic designer turned writer turned creative director. He acknowledges his career has been a bit topsy-turvy, but it did allow him to learn how to do everything: design, copywriting, art direction, production.
He has led successful ad campaigns for clients such as Walmart, Bank of America, Visa, Dr Pepper – both in English and in Spanish. He’s also led unsuccessful campaigns, but he prefers not to talk about them, in any language.
Born in Minnesota, raised in Mexico, and now living in New York, Luis is a native speaker in both English and Spanish. He’s an expert-level mountain bike racer and has run eight full marathons – skills that are yet to come in handy at work.

FERNANDO GOMEZ
Born and raised in Mexico City, FerGo hopscotched all over the US before finally landing in New York City. On his intricate journey, he learned all about the different sub-sets of the US Hispanic Market, their particular behaviors, unique cultural nuances and even delved into the mazes of fascinating human sub-cultures. The benefit: there’s nothing that surprises him.
He considers himself not just “bilingual,” but multicultural – “culture transcends language.”
Having worked with big and small brands alike, one thing he’s learned in the process is that, no matter what your message is, you must do two things to succeed: be timely and be relevant.
FerGo’s biggest rewards come from helping others, either achieve something or make their day better.
When he’s not elbows-deep in a project, he’s playing the bass guitar to a captive audience: his rescue dog, Apple.
